Century-old rural house undergoing partial renovation. We reinforced the existing structure, remodelled the roof, restored the interior spaces affected by water ingress, modernised the electrical system, deactivated the septic tank and connected the house to the public sewerage system, with a limited budget and construction space. We introduced windows and light tunnels in the roof, which brought light to hidden areas, and we took advantage of the attic to create new interior spaces.
